Under the supervision of the Production Supervisor, you will monitor temperatures, complete worksheets, and address any deviations to ensure specifications are met.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma or GED preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate oven to bake products to the correct internal temperature.
• Record temperatures and settings according to product specifications.
• Complete oven/bake time worksheets and logs as needed.
• Ensure that products meet specification requirements.
• Report food safety and quality issues to leadership.
