Qualifications

• Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Ability to do basic math including addition, subtraction, multiplication and division.
• Basic computer skills.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and push racks up to 3,000 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Document HACCP information and ensure specifications.
• Ensure food safety and quality.
• Follow safety policies (e.g., Lock Out tag Out).
• Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping.
• Verify ingredients and paperwork for accuracy.
• Serve as back up to Oven department roles.
• Maintain communication and work independently or with a small team.
• Complete hourly and daily paperwork.
• Verify products meet customer requirements.
• Follow all safety rules.
