Job summary

HW Staffing Solutions in East Providence, RI is seeking an entry-level manufacturing associate for a full-time role. You will operate heat-treatment ovens and production equipment, following instructions for temperature and speeds while documenting materials. No prior manufacturing experience is required.

A high school diploma or GED is preferred. You will work 12-hour shifts on a 4-on/4-off schedule, stand and walk most of the shift, lift up to 50 lbs, and join a safety-focused, team-oriented

Full-Time | 12-Hour Shifts Schedule: 4 Days On / 4 Days Off Day Shift: 6:00 AM–6:00 PM | Night Shift: 6:00 PM–6:00 AM

What We're Looking For

• Forklift experience is a plus
