Reading Bakery Systems in Robesonia, PA, seeks a Welder / Oven Assembly Technician to interpret drawings, weld components, and assemble industrial ovens to exact specs.

You will MIG/TIG weld stainless steel, fit and align parts, support testing, and maintain records in a clean, safety-focused facility. Candidates need a HS diploma or GED and 3 years in industrial assembly with welding.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read engineering drawings and weld symbols.
• Experience MIG and TIG welding on stainless steel or similar materials.
• Ability to measure with precision using gauges and instruments.
• Proficient in using hand and power tools for assembly and alignment.

Responsabilités

• Interpret assembly drawings and BOMs to identify parts and functions.
• Perform MIG and/or TIG welding on stainless steel and other materials.
• Assemble components using hand and power tools with precise alignment.
• Operate weld cleaning equipment and inspect work with precision tools.
• Fit, adjust, and align mechanical components within tolerances.
