Qualifications

• BS or equivalent with 7+ years or MS with 5+ years.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented in a fast-paced global team.
• Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word.
• Strong focus on quality, organization and communication.
• Flexible to changing timelines and priorities.
• Ability to design, execute and interpret experiments.
• Ability to learn new techniques.

Responsibilities

• Lead relationships with service providers and AbbVie interests.
• Coordinate outsourced work packages with internal teams.
• Solicit and evaluate proposals and support contracts.
• Support project budgets and monitor adherence.
• Monitor vendor performance and qualify new partners.
• Ensure GMP-compliant documentation and sample flow.
• Collaborate across global teams to align outsourcing activities.
• Prioritize activities and drive compliant outsourcing processes.
