Job summary

Jefferies is seeking a detail-oriented professional to support the Outsourced Trading Desk Continuity function in New York. You will coordinate client onboardings, broker relationships, and OMS integrations, acting as a key liaison with clients, brokers, and internal teams.

The role requires 2–3 years of industry experience, familiarity with trade lifecycle, and ideally SIE/Series certifications. You will work closely with technology to enhance platform capabilities and resolve settlements

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of industry experience.
• Detail-oriented with strong focus and time management.
• Able to handle multiple requests within a team.
• SIE, Series 7, Series 63 certifications ideal.
• Bloomberg knowledge preferred.
• Knowledge of OEMS systems and trade lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate new client onboardings and third-party OMS integrations.
• Set up broker relationships and manage client commission schedules and broker wallets.
• Serve as escalation point for internal OTD inquiries and trading continuity issues.
• Act as client-facing relationship manager with each client’s COO for Q&A and setup questions.
• Coordinate broker setups, connectivity, and documentation.
• Organize and host new client calls with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Maintain blocks, trading rules, fix tags, and OTD toolbars in Eze RealTick.
• Collaborate with technology to address client inquiries and drive platform enhancements.
• Oversee broker trade settlement breaks, both foreign and domestic.

Job Description: The Outsourced Trading Desk Continuity team is responsible for the support and management for all Outsourced Trading client integrations and broker relations. The right candidate will be part of the firm’s Outsourced Trading Desk and be client-facing working directly with the firm’s Outsourced Trading clients, brokers, and third party OMS providers. The right candidate will assist in addressing client inquiries and help drive revenue across our client base.

This individual’s responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Responsible for coordinating new client onboardings, third party OMS integrations for clients, setting up executing broker relationships for the desk, and managing client commission schedules & broker wallets
• One of the escalation points for internal Outsourced Trading Desk inquiries and trading continuity issues, reports into the Head of OTD Continuity
• Client-facing responsibility acting as the relationship manager with each client’s COO on ad hoc Q&A and setup questions
• Assisting with directed broker setups for clients, including the coordination of connectivity and documentation
• Organize and host new client calls with clients and other internal stakeholders
• Responsible for maintaining blocks, trading rules, fix tags, and OTD trading toolbars in the team’s execution management system, Eze RealTick
• Work with technology to help address client inquiries and drive platform enhancements
• Oversee resolution of broker trade settlement breaks both foreign and domestic

The Qualifications And Skills Needed Would Include

• At least 2-3 years of industry experience
• Extremely detail-oriented, superior focus, knowledge retention
• Efficient in their responsibilities and time management
• Able to handle and manage multiple requests within a team environment
• Maintains superior follow-up skills
• Acts with sense of urgency on requests and ability to prioritize tasks
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment
• Knowledge of various OEMS systems
• Thorough understanding of trade lifecycle
• SIE, Series 7, Series 63 certifications ideal
• Bloomberg knowledge preferred

New York, NY Full Time Base Salary Range of $135,000-$165,000.
