Job summary

BerryDunn is seeking an Outsourced Accounting Intern to gain hands-on experience with financial statement engagements, GL processing, and month-end closes across multiple client engagements in diverse industries.

You will work with experienced staff and principals, performing duties from payables/receivables processing to reconciliations and journal entries, with a strong emphasis on GAAP practice and professional development.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a BA/BS degree in Accounting preferred.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Perform attestation work including compilation and preparing financial statement engagements.
• Month end/quarter end closes for multiple client engagements.
• Process payables/receivables and record journal entries.
• Record bank and credit card activity, perform reconciliations.
