Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of outsourced accounting clients with timely financial reporting.
• Review financial statements, reconciliations, and workpapers before delivery.
• Serve as primary day-to-day contact for business owners and stakeholders.
• Lead and coach accounting professionals across delivery teams.
• Manage budgets, realization, billing, and capacity planning.
• Identify process improvements and advisory opportunities.
