Job summary

Responsibilities

• Serve customers at the highest level and sell what is best for them.
• Increase revenue through new account acquisition.
• Manage existing accounts and identify growth opportunities.
• Follow and utilize STTC sales process.
• Use sustainable offerings for customer solutions and growth.
• Pick up and deliver tires as needed.
• Enter tire information into Bib Tread Next System.
• Coordinate deliveries and service needs with the team.
• Maintain adherence to daily sales metrics.
• Schedule customer visits and plan routes effectively.
• Enter interactions into the Adam Reach CRM.
• Conduct fleet tire inspections and performance tracking.
• Develop sales presentations, proposals, and quotes.
• Develop an annual sales plan within branch capabilities.
• Collect customer receivables as needed.
• Attend sales meetings and events.
• Conform to company policies and procedures.
