Job summary

Floridian National Golf Club in Palm City, FL seeks an Outside Service Associate to support daily play and events. You will coordinate with Assistant Golf Professionals, Head Professional and Caddiemaster, manage tee sheets, carts, and bag handling to ensure smooth course operations.

This full-time role requires attention to detail, excellent guest service, and the ability to restock equipment, maintain practice areas, and assist members with directions and club policies.

Responsibilities

• Communicate on a daily basis with Assistant Golf Professionals, Head Professional and Caddiemaster regarding daily play and upcoming events.
• Work closely with Caddiemaster on daily play and ensure all groups on the golf course have a caddie.
• Maintain an accurate Tee Sheet for all daily play.
• Oversee and manage all Outside Service Operations.
• Assure golf carts are cleaned and washed per club procedures.
• Oversee and maintain golf cart fleet.
• Ensure all golf carts are restocked, properly rotated, and charged based on daily usage.
• Maintain clean towels, including washing, drying and folding.
• Oversee and maintain all aspects of Practice Range including set up, daily rotation, restocking, and picking of range balls.
• Maintain chipping area and putting green.
• Fill clean buckets of balls in the evening in preparation for next day’s shift opening.
• Check oil and gas in picker weekly.
• Set up members and guest bags for play.
• Put away member and guest bags in proper storage location and in timely fashion.
• Maintain rental set inventory by keeping clubs and bags clean.
• Greet members and guests in a professional and courteous manner.
• Give directions to Golf Shop and after check-in direct players to club amenities.
• Load bags into vehicle and thank members and guests for playing.
