Job summary

Floridian-National-Golf-Club in Palm City, FL seeks a full-time Golf Cart Attendant to support daily course operations, greet members and guests, and keep equipment organized.

You will clean and wash golf cars, stock and rotate carts, load bags, and assist the Practice Range Attendant with hitting stations, ensuring a smooth member experience.

High School diploma or GED and a willingness to work weekends is preferred; training provided. Equal opportunity employer.

• One year of comparable work preferred.

Responsibilities

• Communicate daily with Assistant Golf Professionals and Outside Services Manager about day’s events and operations.
• Assure golf carts are cleaned and washed according to club procedures.
• Restock and rotate carts based on what carts went out that day.
• Charge all carts daily.
• Maintain clean towels, including washing, drying, and folding.
• Help Practice Range Attendant with setup of hitting stations (buckets).
• Laser yardages and change distances daily.
• Follow hitting area rotation schedule.
• Restock buckets and pick range when needed.
• Maintain chipping area and putting green.
• Fill clean buckets of balls in evening for next day’s opening shift.
• Check oil in picker weekly.
• Set up members and guest bags for play.
• Put away member and guest bags properly.
• Maintain rental set inventory by keeping clubs and bags clean.
• Update guest storage board daily.
• Greet members and guests in a professional and courteous manner.
• Load bags and move carts to cart staging area.
• Give directions to Golf Shop and afterward direct players to club amenities.
• Keep staging area well stocked with carts through the day.
• Clean all players’ golf clubs thoroughly.
• Ensure all bags are tagged properly.
• Provide information on club policies and upcoming events to members.
• Load bags into vehicle and thank members and guests for playing.
• Put bottled water in vehicles for number of people leaving.
