Job summary

Red Hawk Golf and Resort in Sparks, NV is seeking a Part-Time Outside Services (Golf) associate to ensure a positive guest experience while growing knowledge of golf club operations. As part of Troon, a global leader in golf and community management, you will support daily course operations and member services.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Stage golf carts for daily and tournament play.
• Maintain cleanliness of the bag rooms and cart barns.
• Attend to bag drops and assist with golf bags.
• Provide directions to driving range, shop, snack bar, and restaurant.
• Maintain driving range and practice range areas.
• Assist in the setup and execution of golf tournaments and outings.
• Maintain consistent communication with the Golf Shop and Starter as needed.
• Cheerfully interact with and deliver world-class customer service to all guests.
• Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager.

Red Hawk Golf and Resort, located in Sparks, NV, is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a Part-Time Outside Services (Golf)! We are seeking a motivated individual who is interested in contributing to a positive experience for our members and guests while continuing to grow their knowledge of golf club operations. As an associate of Troon, you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.

Role Type

Seasonal (Position will last 6 months or less)

Pay

$12.25 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Stages golf carts for daily and tournament play
• Maintains cleanliness of the bag rooms and cart barns
• Attends to all bag drops and assists customers with their golf bags
• Provides directions to the driving range, golf shop, snack bar, and restaurant
• Maintains the driving range and practice range areas throughout the day
• Picks golf balls from the driving range, washes range balls, and refills the range machine
• Assists in the setup and execution of golf tournaments and outings
• Maintains consistent communication with the Golf Shop and Starter as needed
• Cheerfully interacts with and delivers world-class customer service to all guests
• Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager
