Arcis Golf’s River Place County Club in Austin, TX seeks an Outside Services Attendant / Forecaddie to deliver exceptional guest experiences on the course. You will greet members, assist with bag handling, cart prep, and fleet maintenance, while ensuring cleanliness and readiness before play.

On-course duties include locating balls, raking bunkers, cleaning clubs, and supporting pace of play with a courteous, professional presence.

Formación

• Must have excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn and positive attitude.
• Interest in golf is a plus; no golf experience required.
• Must be able to stand, walk, and lift golf bags and equipment.
• Able to work afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Greet members and guests warmly and provide excellent service.
• Assist with golf bag handling, cart staging, and cart assignments.
• Prepare and stock golf carts with towels and supplies.
• Maintain cart fleet, bag drop, staging areas, and practice facilities.
• Assist golfers with loading/unloading bags and equipment.
• Provide on-course assistance to enhance the golf experience.
• Locate golf balls and identify landing areas.
• Maintain bunkers by raking and smoothing sand.
• Clean clubs and balls as needed.
• Repair divots and ball marks when appropriate.
• Help maintain pace of play and provide course-related assistance.
• Offer a positive, professional presence while respecting golfer preferences.
• Forecaddies do not provide golf swing instruction.

We are an inclusive team of unique individuals who show up each day with a grateful spirit, humble heart, and a genuine respect for one another.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesOutside Services* Greet members and guests warmly upon arrival and provide exceptional customer service.* Assist with golf bag handling, cart staging, and cart assignments.* Prepare golf carts before play, ensuring they are clean, organized, and properly stocked with two folded towels.* Maintain the golf cart fleet, bag drop, staging areas, and practice facilities in a clean and orderly condition.* Assist golfers with loading and unloading golf bags and returning equipment after play.Forecaddie Responsibilities* Provide on-course assistance to members and guests to enhance their golf experience.* Assist with locating golf balls and identifying their general landing areas.* Maintain bunkers by raking and smoothing sand after players' shots.* Clean golf clubs and golf balls as needed throughout the round.* Maintain golf course presentation by repairing divots and ball marks when appropriate and permitted.* Help maintain pace of play through attentive, efficient, and courteous service.* Provide course-related assistance, including identifying hazards and helping golfers navigate the course.* Offer a positive, professional presence throughout the round while respecting each golfer's preferences.* Forecaddies do not provide golf swing instruction or technical playing advice. Their primary responsibility is on-course service and assistance.
