Guest Services: - Welcome and assist golfers with their bags, equipment, and provide exceptional customer service. - Manage the golf bag drop area, ensuring a smooth and efficient check-in process. - Coordinate tee times, cart rentals, and other golf-related services for guests. - Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and courteous manner.2. Staff Supervision: - Train and schedule outside service staff. - Supervise and motivate staff to maintain high standards of service and professionalism. - Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.3. Equipment and Facilities Maintenance: - Oversee the cleanliness and maintenance of golf carts, clubs, and practice facilities. - Monitor and ensure the proper functioning of golf carts, range equipment, and practice areas. - Report any equipment or facility issues to Director of Golf or General Manager.4. Inventory Management: - Maintain an inventory of range balls, tees, and other golf-related items.5.
