Job summary

Arcis Golf is seeking an AM Prep Cook for River Place County Club in Austin, TX. You will help prep and produce food across venues, maintain stations, and collaborate with the F&B team to present attractive dishes. Prior cooking experience is preferred and strong communication skills are essential.

You’ll join a diverse team with benefits including health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for growth within the Arcis portfolio. Training and flexible schedules are offered where available.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of cooking experience preferred.
• Excellent people and communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and perform.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the preparation and production of food items for all food and beverage areas.
• Set up, clean up, and organize all cooking stations with proper supplies, products and equipment.
• Prepare menu items in cooperation and collaboration with food and beverage staff.
• Ensure attractive, consistent presentations of food items.
• Accommodate customer requests in a timely manner.
