Job summary

Make Golf Your Career is seeking a friendly Range Attendant to support driving range operations, cart handling, equipment care, and a welcoming member experience.

The role offers Tuesday–Friday 6:00 AM–2:00 PM shifts (32 hours/week), with some Mondays required, and potential for promotion to a supervisor position with full-time hours. Training is provided and punctuality is essential. There are opportunities to grow with the club.

Responsibilities

• Assist members with loading clubs onto riding carts, cleaning clubs at the end of the round, loading clubs to and from members' vehicles, and helping with miscellaneous requests.
• Ensure the driving range is fully stocked with balls and tees for members at all times.
• Bring bags to and from the bag storage room.
• Clean the electric golf cart fleet.
• Clean the workspace, empty trash, and complete small projects to ensure a positive member experience.
• Maintain a positive attitude and member-first mindset.
• Retrieve the tee sheet and check for updates.
• Set up the driving range and prepare den caddies, mats, and golf carts for the day.
• Bring up members' golf equipment according to the tee sheet.
• Ensure the driving range vehicle and ball picker are properly attached and ready for use.
• Greet all members arriving or leaving for the day at the bag drop/podium.
• Assist members preparing for play by loading clubs and offering towels, scorecards, tees, and pin sheets.
• Assist members finishing their rounds by cleaning and returning clubs to vehicles or storage.
• Periodically return unused equipment to storage to prevent sun exposure and clutter.
