Job summary

The Club at ArrowCreek invites applications for an Outside Services Associate. This role supports guest service with bag handling, club cleaning, and overall course operations.

You will educate players, help direct start of play, and maintain rental club records, while assisting with food and beverage tasks.

Candidates should have at least one month of related experience and a track record of reliable attendance; we offer a friendly hospitality environment.

• Assist with upkeep of golf course operations and guest services.
• Provide courteous service to guests with bag handling and club cleaning.

• Service customers renting golf clubs and clean returned rentals.
• Assist with food and beverage activities.
• Incorporate safe work practices in job performance.

• Maintains accurate records of golfers renting clubs.
• Services the customer who is renting golf clubs and cleans rental clubs upon return.
• Assists with food and beverage activities.
• Incorporates safe work practices in job performance.
• Performs other duties as required.

Minimum Qualifications of the Outside Services Associate:

• One month related experience or training.
