Job summary

Skokie Country Club in Illinois seeks a motivated Player Services staff member to ensure the outside golf operation runs smoothly and delivers World Class service to members and guests.

Responsibilities include setting up practice facilities, staging carts, using tee sheets to prepare bags, and maintaining bag rooms; you will greet members warmly and help with transportation of clubs as needed. Benefits include meals on duty, staff apparel, and paid holidays.

• Setting up practice facilities each day and ensuring those facilities are fully stocked and well maintained throughout the day
• Correctly staging, cleaning, and putting away golf carts daily
• Utilizing daily tee sheets to correctly stage golf bags for players prior to their arrival
• Maintaining an organized and clean bag room which includes but is not limited to properly storing bags in correct bag storage spots and cleaning clubs before storing
• Communicating with departing players whether golf clubs are going to be stored or will be required to be transported to the bag drop
• Enthusiastically greeting each Member and guest upon arrival
