Status: Seasonal, Full-Time, Non-Exempt

Responsibility: High level of supervision needed. Low level of operational decision making.

Reports To: Director of Golf

Supervises: N/A

Skill

• Basic Golf Skills – Grip, stance, swing, balance, tension recognition, golf instruction, knowledge of the rules of golf
• Excellent Teamwork and Communication Skills – Interact, work and relate with people, listen, speak, read, write, observe, use English fluently.
• Excellent Customer Service Skills – Product knowledge, problem-solving skills, time management, attentiveness, patience, positive attitude, a willingness to go the extra mile, responsibility, professionalism.
• Basic Safety Skills – Observe safety rules, safely operate equipment, food safety consciousness, CPR and First Aid.
• Effort: Medium – Walk and stand for extended periods of time. Bend, reach, push, pull, lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Work Conditions: Level 4 - Often outdoors, working in hot/cold environment, inclement weather, variable schedule based on business demands, often duties require working with hazards.

Duties

• Assist in the daily operation of the Golf Car Fleet; cleaning, stocking and basic repairs
• Provide service to the Bag Storage area
• Maintain the Practice Facilities; stocking, cleaning the driving range
• Assist in the daily operation of Valet Services
• Assist in the set-up and execution of all golf tournaments and events
• Assist in the daily operation of on-course refreshments and accoutrements
• Play the game of golf at an basic level
