Job summary

Valid8 Financial, Inc. outside operations team seeks an Outside Services Attendant to support daily golf operations and deliver exceptional member/guest experiences.

Responsibilities include greeting arrivals, loading bags, valet-style bag drop, cart prep, and providing course information as needed. You will also maintain carts and the practice area, assist with event setup, and help ensure smooth play flow across the course.

Responsibilities

• Greet members/owners and guests promptly upon arrival with a friendly and professional demeanor
• Assist with unloading and loading golf bags
• Provide valet-style bag drop service on busy days
• Clean and stage golf carts according to daily tee sheet
• Offer directions, course information, and general assistance as needed
• Clean, wash, and detail golf carts daily
• Ensure carts are fully, stocked, and properly staged or stored
• Monitor cart usage and communicate maintenance issues to management
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of cart barn
• Maintain practice area daily
• Pick, clean, and restock range balls
• Rotate practice tee areas as directed
• Maintain short game and putting areas
• Provide on-course services if needed
• Assist tournament and event setup and breakdown
• Assist professional staff with special projects

The Outside Services Attendant is responsible for delivering exceptional service to members/owners and guests by supporting daily golf operations. This role ensures a welcoming arrival and departure experience, maintains the practice area and staging area, and assists with the overall flow of play. The ideal candidate is professional, energetic, detailoriented, and passionate about hospitality and golf.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Member/Owner & Guest Services

• Greet members/owners and guests promptly upon arrival with a friendly and professional demeanor
• Assist with unloading and loading golf bags
• Provide valet-style bag drop service on busy days
• Clean and stage golf carts according to daily tee sheet
• Offer directions, course information, and general assistance as needed

Cart & Fleet Management

• Clean, wash, and detail golf carts daily
• Ensure carts are fully, stocked, and properly staged or stored
• Monitor cart usage and communicate maintenance issues to management
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of cart barn

Practice Facility Operations

• Maintain practice area daily
• Pick, clean, and restock range balls
• Rotate practice tee areas as directed
• Maintain short game and putting areas

Course Support

• Provide on-course services if needed
• Assist tournament and event setup and breakdown
• Assist professional staff with special projects
