Job summary

Skyworks LLC is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to drive growth in the West Palm Beach territory for construction equipment rentals. This hybrid role combines field visits to job sites with regular reporting back to the West Palm Beach office as home base.

Ideal candidates will prospect new customers, educate on rental solutions, and close rental agreements while building long-term relationships with contractors, supers, and PMs. Competitive base + uncapped commission offered.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to prospect, build relationships, and close deals.
• Highly motivated and results-driven - someone who wants to win.
• Ability to work independently and manage your territory like your own business.
• Comfortable walking job sites and engaging with field-level decision makers.
• Experience in equipment rental, construction, or industrial sales preferred.

About The Opportunity

Skyworks LLC is looking for a driven, energetic, and self-motivated Outside Sales Representative to develop and grow our West Palm Beach territory. This is a hybrid role: you'll spend the majority of your time in the field visiting job sites and meeting customers, but you'll also be expected to report regularly to our West Palm Beach, FL office - your 'home base' - for meetings, team collaboration, training, and support.
