The ideal candidate will have strong sales experience, coaching ability, and familiarity with CRM tools, plus a willingness to obtain an Health & Life license. Excellent communication and a proactive mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong sales background with proven success, preferably in B2B insurance.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience mentoring or coaching others.
• Willingness to obtain Health & Life license; licensing reimbursement offered.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
• Must be able to analyze complex insurance programs; customer service experience is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of professional work experience.
