Job summary

Cintas Corporation is seeking a goal-oriented Outside Sales Representative to join our Albany area team. You will prospect, develop, and qualify leads, use our CRM, and work toward weekly and quarterly sales goals while earning base pay plus commissions.

The role includes training, certification, and a comprehensive benefits package with a car allowance and recognized performance rewards. The position is full-time and based in Albany, NY.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to spend most work week meeting prospective customers in the field with daily car travel within local territory.
• Office days: Monday and Wednesday 7:30 a.m.–12:00 p.m., Friday 7:30 a.m.–10:00 a.m.; field activities.
• Proficiency with MS Office and CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, develop, and qualify leads within territory.
• Use CRM to identify, close new business, and meet weekly sales goals.
• Deliver solutions and demonstrate products to customers.
