The Kendall Group, Inc. is seeking a Technical Specialist to drive outside sales, manage a multi-state territory, and negotiate contracts with customers and manufacturers.
You will travel to client sites, build relationships, and meet sales and margin targets in a collaborative team environment. Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will grow profitability while delivering exceptional service, analyzing opportunities, and expanding the customer base across the Midwest region.

Reporting to the Sales Manager, the Technical Specialist is a key member of the sales team. In the Technical Specialist position, the individual is responsible for outside customer sales and sales satisfaction through direct contact, phone, or other electronic communications. Sales functions include territory management, customer interaction activities, prospecting for new customers, contract/pricing negotiations, product presentation, inventory management, uncovering needs and closing sales. Individual will be placed in an established account base and will be encouraged to achieve sales and margin objectives.
