The Kendall Group, Inc. is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to maintain strong customer relationships and drive sales.
You will develop new leads, communicate with customers and vendors, process orders, quotes, and portals, and help close sales while ensuring a smooth sales process. The role requires 2 years in distribution or customer service, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Reporting to the Location Manager, the Inside Sales Representative is a key member of the Sales team. The person in this role maintains positive relationships with customers by providing excellent customer service. The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for developing new leads, communicating with customers and vendors, understanding their needs, ensuring a smooth sales process, and being able to close sales.
