Job summary

Cintas Corporation in San Diego (Miramar) is seeking an energetic Outside Sales Representative to grow our B2B apparel services portfolio. You will prospect, qualify leads, demonstrate solutions, negotiate, and close deals in a competitive territory, supported by training and a robust car package.

We offer a base salary plus commission, a monthly car allowance, and ongoing certification programs to help you advance your career within a Fortune 500 company.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), intranet/internet and Contact Management System (CMS).
• Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
• Prior sales experience (1 year+), preferably in a similar role (preferred).
• Prior B2B sales experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Prospect, develop, and qualify leads within the territory.
• Utilize CRM to identify, prospect, close new business and achieve weekly sales goals and quotas.
• Provide solutions to customers for work apparel needs including weekly laundry, delivery, repair, replacement, and branding.
