Basic Responsibilities:

• Generate leads and close deals
• Sell our roofing services
• Willingness to knock doors and engage with homeowners

QUALIFICATIONS

• Must talk directly with customers
• Must be able to climb a ladder to a roof and walk around on roof
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
• Must be independent, self-disciplined
• Must possess excellent time management skills
• Must have a smartphone capable of taking pictures/video during home inspection
• Must have a positive attitude and neat appearance
• Outside sales experience a plus

RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES

• Inspect and document homes for storm restoration
• Measure home exteriors and assess damages for restoration
• Write and provide scopes of work for repair/restoration when applicable
• Generate formal contracts
• Create leads for new prospects
• Willingness to knock doors and engage with homeowners
• Run company-provided leads
