Job summary

Race Communications is recruiting a sales representative to engage customers in California through door-to-door outreach, explaining Race fiber internet, phone, and TV services, and closing sales. You will identify needs and provide excellent service while working toward monthly targets.

The role offers a guaranteed $19/hour with uncapped commissions, full benefits, a company vehicle, and a collaborative team culture. Onsite field-site work with travel to other Race offices is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Valid California driver's license required.

Location: Onsite:Yuba City, CA.

Location Status: Work will be primarily performed at a designated field worksite location based out of a central Race Communications worksite. Frequent travel to and work from other Race offices or other off-site locations will be required.

Comp: Salary + Bonus Incentive Potential | Hourly rate $18-19/hr. | Total anticipated yearly compensation between $36,000 - $75,000
