Job summary

Race Communications in Chico, CA is hiring Outside Sales Representatives to connect homes and communities with high-speed fiber internet, phone, and TV services. This full-time role includes a guaranteed $19/hr base plus uncapped commissions and a total compensation target of $60,000–$85,000+ per year.

You will drive door-to-door sales, build relationships, and deliver outstanding service while meeting monthly goals.

Race Communications, California's leading 10G fiber internet provider, is seeking experienced Outside Sales Representatives to connect homes and communities in Chico. We're building the future of internet access, and you can be a part of it!

What We Offer:

• $19/hr (Guaranteed) + uncapped commissions (Total anticipated yearly compensation: $60,000 - $85,000+)
