Job summary

Race Communications in California is seeking experienced Outside Sales Representatives to connect homes and communities in Chico. You will door-knock, explain Race fiber internet, phone, and TV services, and build lasting relationships with customers.

This is a full-time role with a guaranteed $19/hour base plus uncapped commissions; total annual compensation is anticipated at $70,000–$85,000+. Benefits include 100% employer-paid medical, dental, vision, life insurance, a 401(k) with matching,

Qualifications

• Valid California driver's license.
• High school diploma/GED.
• Sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
