Job summary

HomeTeam Pest Defense is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to generate sales by reaching out to homeowners in assigned areas, including door-to-door, mail, and phone outreach. You will explain benefits and pricing while building lasting relationships with customers.

No prior sales experience is required as comprehensive training is provided. A valid driver’s license and a HS diploma or GED are required for this role, with opportunities to advance within the company.

Responsibilities

• Reach out to homeowners in your assigned area to generate sales, including knocking on doors, sending mail, and making telephone calls.

• Explain and demonstrate benefits and prices of HomeTeam’s products and services to customers.
• Complete sales documents accurately so Pest Control Techs have all information they need to delight homeowners.
• Think on your feet, stay motivated, and work independently.

No Sales Experience Necessary, we will train you! As a HomeTeam Inside Sales Representative, you can expect to:

• Reach out to homeowners in your assigned area to generate sales, including knocking on doors, sending mail, and making telephone calls
• Use patience and persistence to build long-term relationships with homeowners
• Confidently explain and demonstrate the benefits and prices of HomeTeam’s products and services with current and potential customers
• Complete sales documents accurately and completely to ensure Pest Control Techs have all the information they need to create a delightful experience for the homeowner
• Think on your feet, stay motivated, and work independently
• Do you like working outside and meeting new people?
• Can you work flexible hours and stay motivated, organized, and personable with all sorts of customers?
