Compensation: Omni Fiber offers a competitive base salary plus uncapped commissions, with an overall target compensation of $87,000-$105,000 annually.

About The Role

The Outside Sales Representative is the face of Omni Fiber, primarily conducting residential door-to-door sales to grow the subscriber base through face-to-face and in-home presentations. The role covers communities within approximately a 25-mile radius of Bucyrus, Mount Gilead, and Upper Sandusky, Ohio, with potential for territory adjustments based on business needs. Comprehensive training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed monthly sales quotas by selling internet, voice, and TV services door-to-door.
• Canvass communities and conduct in-person visits to promote services and upgrades, with work hours typically from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM, with flexibility for switch days.

Qualifications

• Strong motivation to succeed in sales.
• Valid driver’s license, acceptable driving record, and auto insurance.
• Use of personal vehicle required; travel reimbursements provided at IRS rates.
