WeLink Communications is hiring outside sales representatives in the greater Los Angeles area. You will sell wireless internet service directly to business owners, property managers, and residents, using your communication skills to close deals and build lasting relationships.

We offer flexible hours, paid training, and a 100% commission structure after training, with potential for rapid income growth as you meet and exceed targets.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check.
• Own reliable vehicle and cell phone required.
• Experience is not required but helpful for outside sales.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Use your exceptional communication skills to sell internet service.
• Work within designated neighborhoods, commercial zones, and MDU complexes to generate interest.
• Meet with business owners, property managers, and residential customers who are looking to level up their internet service.
• Build a strong rapport with potential customers.
• Close sales that pay out quickly.
• Meet and exceed weekly and monthly goals.

Perks + Pay

• Target Earning Range: $78,000 - $97,500+ per year.
• Paid Training: $110/day paid training (up to 5 days).
• Commission Structure: 100% commission after training (no cap).
• Flexibility: Choose your own hours, work any day of the week.
