Job summary

Zintex Remodeling Group is seeking a full-time Outside Sales professional who will travel to homeowners to present remodeling options for bathrooms and other spaces. You will deliver an engaging in-home presentation, design concepts on an iPad, and close sales using our process.

Training is provided, with ongoing weekly sessions to refine skills. You must be self-motivated, able to work independently, and comfortable speaking publicly in social settings.

Qualifications

• Delivery of proprietary sales presentation to homeowners on an iPad.
• Weekly participation in sales training sessions.
• Design of shower/bath concepts using iPad software.
• Ability to close sales and deliver price quotes daily.
• Previous in-home or one-call close sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

ZINTEX Remodeling is looking for a full-time (W-2) Outside Sales professional that is open to running appointments. Your primary objective is to deliver a masterful in-home presentation to pre-qualified homeowners who are interested in getting their bathroom(s) remodeled.You are provided with all of the tools and training needed to be successful in the home and closing deals. We do everything else from processing the order to dealing with and changes after the product is sold.We only ask you to learn our training process and products within your first 90 days, stay true to your training and deliver a proven sales presentation to consumers that truly need what we offer.Expectations· Delivery of our proprietary sales presentation to homeowners on an iPad· Participation in ongoing sales training on a weekly basis during our meetings· Design new shower/bath on our proprietary iPad software· Deliver price and close sales on daily basis#ZTXJW· Highly developed interpersonal, organizational and communication skills· Ability to speak publicly with confidence and poise· Strong sense of ambition, self-motivation and self-discipline· Ability to work independently· Naturally outgoing and articulate individual who thrives in social settings· Previous in home and/or one call close sales experience preferred but not needed
