Cenvar Roofing and Exteriors in Charlottesville, VA is seeking Roofing Repair Sales Representatives to inspect roofing concerns, identify repair needs, present clear solutions, and close business. You will leverage our lead flow, brand reputation, and CRM/Hover tools to document findings and guide homeowners through repairs or replacements.

Roofing experience is required; strong communication, organization, and ownership are essential as you follow a proven sales process and be able to manage

• Conduct scheduled appointments with homeowners to evaluate leaks, roof damage, and other roofing concerns.
• Safely inspect roofs, flashing, penetrations, and attic areas to assess repair needs.
• Document findings with photos, measurements, and notes.
• Explain repairs, present estimates, address questions, and close the sale.
• Recognize when a roof may require replacement.
• Prepare clear scopes of work and communicate job details to the repair production team.
• Manage calendar, sales pipeline, CRM records, and follow-up diligently.
• Attend weekly sales meetings and maintain a professional appearance and company vehicle.
