Job summary

Thrive Roofing Co. is hiring Roofing Sales Representatives to build a winning team and guide homeowners through the insurance restoration process. No roofing experience is required; sales success and drive will be taught with strong leadership and mentorship.

You’ll work in assigned territories, enjoy uncapped commissions, onboarding pay, and ongoing support from marketing and operations to help you maximize earnings and growth in a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• Sales or customer-facing experience preferred, training provided.
• Mentorship from experienced roofing professionals available.
• Willingness to work outdoors and in assigned neighborhoods.

Responsibilities

• Canvass assigned neighborhoods.
• Inspect roofs for storm damage.
• Educate homeowners about the insurance process.
• Secure signed contingency agreements.
• Meet with insurance adjusters.
• Guide homeowners through the restoration process.
• Submit project documentation.
• Stay in touch with customers from sale to completion.
