Job summary

Thrive Roofing Co is seeking an experienced Sr. Roofing Specialist to own a territory in the Denver area, connect with homeowners, and close business using our proven systems.

You will canvass territories, perform roof inspections, meet with adjusters, secure signed contingency agreements, lead homeowner meetings, and coordinate with our claims team to ensure timely project delivery. What You'll Do

• Canvass assigned territories

• Perform roof inspections

• Secure signed contingency agreements

• Meet with insurance adjusters

• Complete project scopes using Hover

• Lead homeowner meetings and get signed contracts

• Submit complete job documentation to our claims team

• Keep customers informed throughout the process

• Collect customer payments

What We're Looking For

• Proven success in door-to-door roofing sales with at least 2 years experience

• Competitive, self-motivated mindset

• Strong follow-through

• Clear, professional communication

• Ability to work within established systems and processes

• Valid driver's license and your own vehicle

Compensation

Sr. Roofing Specialists can realistically earn $150,00- $250,000.

Compensation includes:

• Guaranteed onboarding pay

• Commission based on revenue, paid weekly as customer payments are collected

• Sales bonuses and incentives
