Atlantic Coast Cotton, LLC (ACC) is looking for an Outside Sales Representative to cover Western Pennsylvania, West Virginia, and Northern Ohio. In this role, you will establish and maintain relationships with clients, conduct outbound calls, and exceed revenue targets.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in a related field, and must reside in Illinois. A competitive salary of $50,000–$60,000 plus variable commission is offered, along with a comprehensive benefits package.

Job Summary

Atlantic Coast Cotton, LLC (ACC) is seeking an Outside Sales Representative covering Western Pennsylvania, West Virginia, and Northern Ohio. The role involves strategically partnering with Sales Leadership and Sales to foster positive relationships with new and existing clients, increase revenue, and ensure the organization consistently meets or exceeds revenue targets. This position requires extensive outbound calling as well as handling inbound calls, selling, appointment setting, and managing order processes. Salary is $50,000–$60,000 plus variable commission per ACC plan.

Roles And Responsibilities

• Market research to identify new account prospects and growth opportunities within our existing account base.
• Research and capture accurate and complete information of Customer/Prospect.
• Evaluate and research customer vertical market to help refine opportunities for growth.
• Create and manage marketing campaign targeting leads.
• Identify decision makers amongst the targeted leads to initiate the sales process and introduce ACC’s platform.
• Grow sales revenue by cold calling/prospecting.
• Maintain and expand database of prospects in Salesforce.
• Develop and maintain working relationships with customers through regular contact and communication, providing marketing materials and product samples.
• Maintain and cultivate “house accounts” for ongoing sales maintenance.
• Participate in product training, meetings, skills training and professional development classes.
• Lead client‑facing activities related to relationship building and maintenance, client communication issue resolution, and understanding clients’ business strategies, goals and vision in order to develop account strategies and execute value‑added opportunities.
• Anticipate customers’ needs and expectations and effectively sell ACC’s scope of services to create a professional, mutually beneficial partnership.
• Maintain Assignment Management Scorecard (tracked in Salesforce).
• Work with Sales Management to ensure lead generation programs are managed and leads are distributed timely to the appropriate sales leaders for follow‑up.
• Complete normal business reports as required.
• Other duties as assigned.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Arts, Marketing or a related field is preferred.
• At least 3 years of relevant work experience is preferred.
• Applicants must reside in Illinois.

Physical Requirements

• Environment is typically general office, with occasional exposure to manufacturing environments including dust, dirt, high noise levels and temperature variations (6–20% of the time).
• Intensive computer work and extended use of the keyboard and mouse.
• Requires periods of prolonged sitting and regularly standing, walking, carrying, climbing, reaching and lifting up to 25 lbs with or without assistance.
• Use of office equipment including computer, printer, calculator, photocopier and fax machine.
• Some overnight travel will be required.
