Job summary

Evergreen Tampa is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to join our dynamic field team. This role focuses on in-home inspections, educating customers, and closing new service agreements, with uncapped earning potential and strong income opportunities.

You will conduct pest, termite, and lawn inspections, identify needs, present pricing, and build lasting relationships with homeowners while documenting sales and coordinating with operations to ensure smooth service start-up.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer-facing skills.
• Comfortable working in a commission-based environment.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in the field.
• Valid driver's license and reliable driving record.
• Ability to perform basic inspections (attics, crawlspaces, yards).
