HVAC RNTL is seeking a Rental Sales Representative to drive new and existing business across markets in New Jersey, New York, Delaware and Washington DC. You will promote portable cooling equipment rental and services to commercial customers, develop accounts, and work with operations to meet delivery and collection needs.
The candidate will manage quotes, contracts and orders, build relationships, and contribute to annual revenue plans.

We are a fast-growing HVAC rental company that supplies and installs rental equipment for HVAC and heating needs. Along with our core business we have a Service, Installation, Warranty divisions and a Parts Distribution division. We are seeking a highly motivated, skilled, and dependable Rental Sales Representative to focus on the markets throughout New Jersey, New York, Delaware and Washington DC. The Rental Sales Representative is responsible for selling portable cooling equipment rental and services primarily to commercial customers by developing current and potential customer relationships in order to obtain or surpass the yearly revenue budgets in line with company procedures and targets. Responsibilities include developing a sales plan, account management, cold calling, delivery of units, closing deals, working with operations teams to ensure customer needs and AP/AR collections are met.
Will be required to work in an office environment and possibly, occasionally in the field.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands to operate computer keyboard and telephone, reach with hands and arms. The employee frequently is required to stand, walk, and sit. The employee is occasionally required to climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
