Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Build strategic partnerships with cabinetry manufacturers through consultative selling.
  • Conduct data-driven business reviews (on-site/virtual) to drive client growth.
  • Manage national accounts with up to 75% travel across the U.S.
  • Oversee overall relationship management and day-to-day sales activities with cabinetry manufacturers.

  • Job Title: Outside Sales Representative (National Accounts)
  • Job Type: Full-time
  • Pay: $50,000 - $150,000 per year (plus commission)

Minimum Requirements

  • Education: Associate’s degree or higher (preferably in Marketing, Business Management, or related fields)
  • Experience: 1–3 years in sales or customer service; experience in cabinets, building materials, or home improvement industries is a plus

Skills

  • Excellent communication and trust-building skills
  • Proficiency in Excel and office software
  • Goal-oriented with ability to perform under pressure
  • Quick learner with market and product knowledge

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of wholesale business and B2B customer service
  • Fluency in a second language (e.g., Spanish)
