Job summary

Lincare, America’s largest supplier of respiratory and durable medical equipment, seeks an Outside Sales Representative to join our growing team in San Antonio, Texas. You will generate leads, build lasting relationships with physicians and healthcare professionals, and pursue monthly sales targets within your local market.

In this role you will use data-driven strategies, engage referral sources, deliver educational in-services, and provide clinical follow-up and patient reporting to support

Qualifications

• Experience generating leads and building relationships with physicians and healthcare professionals.
• Proven ability to meet monthly sales targets and drive territory growth.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for in-services and client education.

Responsibilities

• Utilize data-driven sales strategies to identify and pursue prospective leads
• Meet and exceed monthly sales goals by engaging with new and existing referral sources
• Maintain a consistent and impactful sales presence throughout designated territory
• Facilitate educational in-services with referral sources to highlight and promote Lincare's comprehensive product categories
• Deliver comprehensive clinical follow-up and patient reporting to existing referral sources
