Job summary

Timberline Rock N’ Roll is seeking a Yard Equipment Operator to support our landscaping materials operation. You will operate front-end loaders, skid-steers, forklifts, and assist with loading, screening, and delivering materials.

This full-time role requires reliability, ability to follow safety procedures, strong English communication, and teamwork in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment; a high school diploma is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintains and operates front-end loader, including greasing and routine inspections
• May run skid-steers, forklifts, water truck, and motor graders
• Builds compost rows and screens product as needed
• Screens materials, mixes soil products, and loads out customers
• Treats clients and potential clients with respect
• Communicates with drivers where to drop materials to avoid contamination
• Reports accidents or injuries to Operations/Safety Manager

Timberline Rock N’ Roll was founded in 2019 by Tim Emick and the team atTimberline Landscaping . Our wholesale focus enables us to keep quality high and wait times low. With nearly 40 years in the landscape and trucking industry, you can count on the Rock N’ Roll team to provide quality and consistently sourced materials at competitive prices.

This position is responsible for business development and Landscape Materials sales. This will include meeting with potential customers, building strategic relationships, expanding sales within existing relationships, and preparing sales presentations.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Maintains and operates front-end loader and including greasing and routine maintenance, pre and post inspections of equipment before and after shift
• May also run skid-steers, forklifts, water truck, and motor graders
• Builds compost rows and screens product as needed
• Screens materials, mixes soil products, and loads out customers
• Treats clients and potential clients with the utmost respect
• Communicates efficiently to drivers who are delivering materials where to drop them off to avoid costly contamination
• Reports any accidents, incidents or injuries to Operations Manager and/or Safety Manager
