Job summary

Workstream in Taylors, SC is hiring a full-time Landscape Construction Team Member. You will install landscape construction projects in collaboration with the team, perform general maintenance on sites, and advise buyers on landscaping care. The role requires teamwork, reliability, and a willingness to learn on the job.

We value a cheerful, positive attitude and safe, quality workmanship. Prior experience is welcome but not required; lifting up to 50 lbs and operating equipment may be involved.

Responsibilities

• Install landscape construction projects in collaboration with team members.
• Perform general maintenance and keep sites clean and presentable.
• Provide advice to buyers on landscape maintenance.
• Ensure garden fits client expectations by coordinating with designers and landscape architects.
• Tow trailers when needed and operate handheld equipment.
• Work in hot and cold weather conditions.
• Support Foreman and Crew Leader in keeping trucks and trailers stocked.
• Keep company equipment, tools, and vehicles in good working order.
• Take instruction and work as part of a team.
• Meet production and project deadlines while maintaining customer service and quality.
• Basic knowledge of irrigation and landscape.
