UniFirst is seeking a high-performing Outside Sales Representative for the Jackson, MI area. This role focuses on driving new business growth in a defined territory, prospecting leads, and closing multi-year service agreements with business clients through on-site visits and compelling presentations.

Ideal candidates have 0–2+ years in B2B sales, a proven track record of meeting quotas, and strong negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• 0-2+ years of B2B sales experience (uniform rental, industrial supply, waste management, safety gear, or janitorial services preferred).
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and managing a full sales cycle.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
• Willingness to take coaching and feedback.
• Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and a reliable vehicle.
• Individuals who drive their personal vehicles for business purposes will be required to comply with minimum auto insurance requirements per UniFirst's standards.

Responsibilities

Position Summary:
