Job summary

Legacy Assurance Plan is hiring Outside Sales Representatives to meet with warm, pre-qualified families in their homes across Minnesota. You will educate them on estate planning needs and help families enroll in membership plans.

There is a 1099 independent contractor structure with no base salary; income is commission-based. You’ll work with a protected territory, CRM pipeline, and company-provided leads to drive sales and growth.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of outside, in-home, or direct-to-consumer sales experience.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Comfort using a CRM to manage pipeline and follow-ups.
• Reliable personal transportation for daily in-home visits.
• Reside in Minnesota or the designated territory.

Legacy Assurance Plan provides estate planning membership plans (wills, trusts, and powers of attorney) to families across Minnesota. We're hiring Outside Sales Representatives to meet with warm, pre-qualified families in their homes, educate them on their estate planning needs, and help them gain peace of mind. Our network attorneys handle the legal work, and your home office handles the rest.

What you'll do

• Meet with warm, pre-qualified families in your protected territory. No cold calling and no self-generated leads.


• Explain our estate planning membership plan, answer questions, and help families enroll


• Manage your pipeline and follow-ups in our CRM


• Run your own schedule and daily route within your territory

Pay and structure

• $750 commission per sale, paid weekly


• Weekly and monthly production bonuses on top of every sale

• 1099 independent contractor role. There is no base salary or guaranteed income; your results set your income.
