Fewer than 3% of our current clients have FiltaDrain or FiltaCool. That's a warm book of 100+ kitchens waiting for your visit.
Your territory runs about a two-hour drive end to end, from Burlington to Rocky Mount. Your top targets: restaurants, hotels, senior care communities, grocery stores and public and private schools. Every commercial kitchen is a prospect, and every fryer, drain and cooler inside it adds to your paycheck.
Every invoice. Every service. No cap. No plateau where your rate quietly drops.
Total on-target earnings: $60,000–$75,000 in your first year on the job. In your second year, total earnings can exceed $100,000, base included.
Straight talk: those totals assume you keep a steady sales pace every month once you finish training. You earn them. We don't guarantee them. The good news? You control the pace.
The 12-month clock starts at each account's first invoice, not your start date.
Residuals: The 2% residual pays every month for as long as you work here and the client stays (99% of them do each year), as long as the gross profit from your new sales (accounts in their first 12 months) covers your base salary and residuals on a trailing three-month average. If coverage falls short, residuals pause. Catch back up within three months and we pay every paused residual in full.
