Pelican Roofing is seeking an Outside Sales Representative in Baton Rouge to connect with homeowners, guide them through insurance claims, and help restore or improve homes after storm damage.

The role targets sales or customer service experience, with ambitions to grow; you will build a referral network, attend events, and use CRM tools while earning uncapped commission and a company vehicle.

We’re hiring a confident and motivated Outside Sales Representative to join our Baton Rouge and Northshore (Covington based office) teams. In this role, you’ll be the face of Pelican Roofing, connecting with homeowners, guiding them through insurance claims, and helping them restore or improve their homes after storm damage.

Your Responsibilities

• Representing Pelican Roofing to potential clients, guiding them through the sales and insurance process
• Investigate weather-related damage in local neighborhoods
• Follow up with past customers for future projects and referrals Build a referral network through positive relationships and happy clients
