Job summary

Hibu is seeking an Outside Sales Representative in California to drive Digital Marketing solutions for small businesses. You will start with best-in-class training to win and grow your career, with a base salary and strong earning potential through uncapped commissions and monthly bonuses.

Responsibilities

• Selling Digital Marketing solutions through a partnership selling model.
• Websites, Search Ads, Display Ads, Reviews & Reputation Management, Social Ads, and SEO.
• Cold calling business owners and prospecting within a designated territory to set appointments and conduct strong needs assessments.
• Grow your own book of business by helping small businesses succeed and earn residual commissions for retaining your clients through strong account management.
• Perform virtual and in-person presentations to prospects.
• Build strong client relationships working within a wide variety of industries, making each day different!

Job Requirements

Are you looking for an Outside Sales position with unlimited earning potential in a flourishing industry? Are you looking for an opportunity where you can earn uncapped commissions while still having a base salary with full benefits? Year 1 on-target earnings between $105,000-$115,000 with ability to earn more through uncapped commissions and monthly bonuses! Year 2 on-target earnings between $115,00-$135,000.

Base Salary: $63,000

In addition to your earnings potential, we support your success in the field with:

• Auto allowance (wear & tear): ~$3,250/year
• Cell phone & internet reimbursement: up to $1,200/year
• Parking & tolls: up to $300/year
• Gas reimbursement (activity-based): ~$2,500/year

Total first-year fixed compensation (base + fixed allowances) is approximately $70K+, with additional variable reimbursement and uncapped commission upside.

Allowances and reimbursements vary by location and usage.
