Job summary

Hibu is seeking an Outside Sales Representative in a hybrid role. You can earn uncapped commissions with a base salary and full benefits, with comprehensive training to win and grow your career across digital marketing products.

The position offers a base of $65,000 plus allowances, a hybrid work environment, and strong earning potential growing to six figures with commissions and bonuses. Training is extensive, and career growth opportunities are highlighted throughout the program.

Responsibilities

• Sell Digital Marketing solutions through a partnership selling model.
• Cover Websites, Search Ads, Display Ads, Reviews & Reputation Management, Social Ads, and SEO.
• Cold calling and prospecting within a designated territory to set appointments.
• Grow your book of business with residual commissions through account management.
• Present both virtually and in-person to prospects and build client relationships.

Job Requirements

Are you looking for an Outside Sales position with unlimited earning potential in a flourishing industry? Earn $110K–$120K in Year 1 with uncapped commissions and monthly bonuses, growing to $120K–$140K+ in Year 2.

Base Salary: $65,000

• Auto allowance (wear & tear): ~$3,500/year
• Cell phone & internet reimbursement: up to $1,200/year
• Parking & tolls: up to $300/year
• Gas reimbursement (activity-based): ~$2,500/year

Total first-year fixed compensation (base + fixed allowances) is approximately $70K+, with additional variable reimbursement and uncapped commission upside.

Allowances and reimbursements vary by location and usage.

• Selling Digital Marketing solutions through a partnership selling model
• Websites, Search Ads, Display Ads, Reviews & Reputation Management, Social Ads, and SEO
• Cold calling business owners and prospecting within a designated territory to set appointments and conduct strong needs assessments
• Grow your own book of business by helping small businesses succeed and earn residual commissions for retaining your clients through strong account management
• Perform virtual and in-person presentations to prospects
• Build strong client relationships working within a wide variety of industries, making each day different!
